Surfside Labrador adoption agreement   All Surfside labs are bred with thought, love, and care. I breed my labs only after passing OFA hips and elbows and eye cerf. They can only be bred to another dog that has these minimal clearances. Everyone is raised in my home. All puppies are socialized loved given 1st set of shots and health cert. before going to new homes  8 weeks of age. I guarantee their health, and advise you to take him/her to your vet within 72 hours. If any problems exits with your vets written note I will refund your money. I as their breeder feel it is my responsibility to make sure these puppies live happy family lives. If for ANY REASON you are no longer able to keep or maintain your lab you need to contact me Trichia at Surfside labs.

All Labradors adopted from Surfside MUST

1) Be made a part of your family and LOVED
2) Be an inside house dog: this meaning in your house not a patio, porch, or any other screened in enclosure, and not in your garage. They are not to be chained or tied outside for any reason, and when outside the dog is to have shade and water available. The dog is to never be left outside alone all day while your not home. The dog is to have a  safe space in the house  with a baby gate, or  crate while left alone with no one home.
3) Have food,( preferably two meals a day) fresh water, and be on lead or in a fenced area until you feel they know obedience enough to be off lead.

I sell all my Labradors on limited registration. A limited registration means they can be registered but litters from them can not be. You can participate in any AKC event except confirmation ring. My puppies sold are to be for service, companion, and/or great family members; NOT breeding, guard or for fighting dogs.
