Surfside Labrador adoption agreement
All Surfside labs are bred with thought, love, and care. I breed my labs only after passing OFA hips and elbows and eye cerf. They can only be bred to another dog that has these minimal clearances. Everyone is raised in my home. All puppies are socialized loved given 1st set of shots and health cert. before going to new homes 8 weeks of age. I guarantee their health, and advise you to take him/her to your vet within 72 hours. If any problems exits with your vets written note I will refund your money. I as their breeder feel it is my responsibility to make sure these puppies live happy family lives. If for ANY REASON you are no longer able to keep or maintain your lab you need to contact me Trichia at Surfside labs. |
All Labradors adopted from Surfside MUST
- Be made a part of your family and LOVED
This sounds easy but does require time, energy, and a commitment from you to train, socailize, and intergrade into your family lives.
- These are house dogs and sleep inside your home.
This means inside your home NOT in a garage, patio, screened enclosure.
- The dog is NEVER to be tied outside or left unattended all day;this means.
Even inside your home he/she are not to be left all day long inside a crate.
- If for any reason it does not work out and is not a compatable match

- PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL IT REACHES THE POINT OF UNHAPPINESS; FOR ANYONE HUMAN OR CANINE.
- I am always here for any questions, there are no silly or unimportant questions, please call and ask. I am happy to be part of the transition periods, and want to make sure it is all going well.
These are sold as famlily pets, companions; they are NOT for resasle, fighting or breeding.
